WEBSITE DISCLAIMER
By providing information, the names and directory information of participating attorneys within the Minority Bar Association of Western New York, Inc.(the “Association”) in this website and related directories and documents (collectively the “website”), the Association is not giving legal advice. The Association does not endorse the listed attorneys or their qualifications to provide representation for the persons contacting them or the issues posed by those persons. The Association is not responsible for the accuracy of the directory information or representations made by participating member attorneys. Any person with a legal problem and cannot afford to retain a lawyer should contact the Legal Aid Society (criminal matters), Neighborhood Legal Services (most civil matters), Volunteer Lawyers Project (most civil matters), or Legal Services for the Elderly (elder care and senior citizen legal matters).

Members of the Association, by providing their names and agreed upon directory information to the Association for listing in the Association’s website, the member agrees that the member is in good financial standing with the Association in order to retain the listing. Failure to keep the membership in good standing will subject the referral listing to be suspended until the member returns to good standing. The member agrees to supply current directory information (name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address) that the member wishes disclosed, and agrees to update the Association as necessary of any changes in the directory information submitted, as well as any changes in which directory information should be disclosed on the website. Suspension or discipline of a participating member from the practice of law in this State will automatically suspend that member’s listing in the website.
